[At-Large] [ALAC-Internal] Board liaison - more changes

All,
I am really confused about that way of shifting around our agenda.

We took a decision in organising our thursday meeting, starting off with the IDN workshop - someone changed that schedule without discussion, which put us in a reall awful situation, choosing either to tell all the guests that we are dealing with a different topic or tell those people who joint our meeting -unexpected to the ALAC/RALO members and their guests- to leave.

We agreed to have the presentations of the candidates for board liaison at the ALAC meeting today and I would love to listen to them today. So let us stick to the order we set up.
