[At-Large] [NA-Discuss] Personal Names in the DNS

Danny:

The Protection of the Rights of Others Working Group should not only  
address issues raised by the IP constituency, but also "user" related  
issues - such as the registration of individual names.

Definitely would support that at-large take this up. Would be good to  
have a comment drafted in response to the report on or by the San  
Juan meeting. Could you help draft a first version?
