This is a part of my job but yes, at some point, the number of ALSes
will exceed the available funds.

For the next coming FY, we have provided in the draft budget that 20
ALS delegates will get to attend each of the three ICANN Meetings.

Once we get too big, then some internal agreement will need to be
reached on how to pick those who go - there are many possible
solutions but fortunately we don't need to "go there" yet.

Or a candidate ALS at the time the invitations are issued.
