Sorry, I think there is a misunderstanding here. My apologies for
helping to create one.
For the regional meetings, EACH ALS may designate one delegate. This
means that not one or two people are coming from the regions, but much
larger numbers.
As to who chooses to go: each ALS chooses who their delegate is.
