[At-Large] "Are Domains Property"

This is maybe a subject we should look into.

I will curse the day when we allow the corporate lawyers to decide the
definition.

I think the UDRP did a fairly good job defining the stuff, but has been
completely miscontrued by the attorneys, politicians, and judges, most of
whom had no idea what they were talking about in the first place.
