Guys,
This is something that will have a major impact on us all: ARE DOMAINS
"PROPERTY".  This has been a question that has bobbled back and forth in
lawsuits and articles, opinion letters submitted by attorneys and
personal/corporate interests.
   We thought we'd put it to rest by letting the Global Community manifest
their own opinions.
We're encouraging participation as this will have a significant bearing on
domain governance going forward.
