[At-Large] Action Items

I agree with the process to proceed.  I wonder if there is a way to come to
a consensus rather than relying on the group emails?

So far as the face to face meetings, I would very much like to be in
attendance, however please realize that 2 of the NA ALSs are in Honolulu.
Travel to Yonkers is about a 6,000 mile trip.  I am planning to meet in San
Juan, but maybe more central locations would be better.
