[At-Large] ICANN Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Terms of Reference for Independent Review of the At-Large Advisory Cmt. (and At-Large structures)

   I totally agree with you Adam - that's what I'd love to come out of  
the review.

   Franck, the RALO  structure for ALAC was set up a while ago. We  
just got the RALOs going after 3 years, but the review is overdue (per  
Adam's response), so it seems weird, but it's just the timing.
