[At-Large] Top Ten List

I started a page at

others have begun to add to it with similar suggestions:

Issues for the At-Large Community

   1. Representation, not unrepresented "participation" in ICANN
   2. Stability and privacy in domain name identifiers: WHOIS privacy
   3. Stability and privacy in domain name identifiers: data escrow as
contracted
   4. Language compatibility (IDNs)
   5. Competition in domain name registration, ability to leave an
uncooperative registrar
   6. Recognition of the public's role in contract enforcement, as
intended beneficiary
   7. Opening of additional, better avenues for the public's comments
and concerns to be heard
   8. Competition in domain name availability: new gTLDs, including IDN TLDs
   9.

   4. Add Grace Period abuse and unethical domain tasting activities.
