That's exactly where the whole story started, few years ago, to bring GP and
MQ into Europe.
I tried my best to make the point htat it was not a wise idea, but was
unsuccessful.

I've sent the email on to some Caribbean contacts - there's the same concern
from Guadeloupe and Martinique (apparently currently France)
