While CAUCE Canada has not had the cycles to directly participate in 
these  discussions, we are not entirely detached so much as 
monitoring, lurking. We are in the midst of restructuring and do 
intend to continue to provide active participation when the situation 
warrants our interventions.

I should make note that we, like our American counterparts, did make 
submissions regarding WHOIS policy.
