[ALAC] Major Milestone Coming Up

Dear All:

We have today reached our 94th ALS application, receiving five applications
in the last five days; we can expect to receive our 100th ALS application
very soon.

Quite a milestone. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see us hit 250
organisations this year.
