[ALAC] [NA-ALS] Domain Monetisation Briefing

My pleasure re: the openness.

With respect to the contents, perhaps we can discuss on the call what other
directions content-wise the Committee would wish to see taken, and we can
then go from there?

In the meantime, hopefully some of the newer ALSes at least will find the
document of use.
