[ALAC] [NA-ALS] Domain Monetisation Briefing

Indeed, I believe none of the ALSs will have seen it because despite the 
fact that it tells us nothing new beyond providing a compilation of 
official documents relating to domain tasting, ALAC members were 
instructed not to share it by prior staff.  I'm glad to see you taking a 
saner view of committee openness.
