Glenn has captured what some of go through, if not worse. I am based in rural areas of Kenya. To attend online meetings   I depend at times on cyber cafes, which are not very reliable, yet the best option. The COVID 19, has worsened the situation. The proposal to assist us from developing countries is welcome.</p>
