This event gives all of us, beyond network operators, a window into its elements. Today sees the formal opening but if you visit the webcast, you'll find yesterday's warm up sessions full of technical presentations. </div><div class="gmail_default"><br></div><div class="gmail_default">Note that for the webcast we are using Livestream's 'new'; design. The event discusses regional interconnection dynamics and content issues that are critical components of transit deficits. As a multi-stakeholder forum, AfPIF seeks to foster cross-border interconnection opportunities by ensuring that key players -- infrastructure providers, Internet service providers (ISPs), IXPs, international financial institutions, and policy-makers and regulators are present at the event.
