<p>For those of you not in DC there are three ways to watch the
program and participate. If you can not watch then you can catch

stream text links as soon as I have them. They will also be placed
on the video so if you are just watching this link you can see the
or for those with lower bandwidth or with accessibility issues can
just read the stream text. We have streams on both livestream and
facebook, 100% captioning, and remote moderators in every room
ready to grab and voice your <a>#igfusa2016</a> tweets and <a>fb
comments</a>. We do not have the facility for remote users to
voice their questions but we encourage them to post it on Facebook
comments or messages or post them on twitter at our hashtag at
#igfusa2016<br>

<p>I have also organized a panel on Access to the underserved
focusing on the indigenous community, low income, rural-remote
users and the disability and special needs community. This will be
held at 10:45-12:15pm so come watch and ask questions.</p>
