[At-Large] Successful completion of ICANN fellowship interaction and meetup program

Dear all,

Our ALS Rayznews in association with Learn Internet Governance,
successfully completed the ICANN Fellowship interaction and meetup program
on Thursday 20, 2023. We had a total of 35 registrations from Nigeria,
Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Solomon Island, PNG, Bangladesh,
Bhutan, Vietnam, and Tanzania .

We would like to express our special thanks to Jia Rong Low and Siranush
Vardanyan for helping us.
