[At-Large] ICANN Funding Request FY22-05

I agree we need to have well defined purpose for the survey/poll combined
with a clear marketing plan to get a good response rate from the
constituencies.    It would be helpful to frame the overall objective with
caution on self fulfilling prophesies ( lie lies and statistics-Mark Twain)
in the results.
