Since it would be alac / icann surveys in global public interest, alac
should be within its limits to use the whois/ other database to
inexpensively reach out to individual and business Registrants globally?
@Nadira for the required expertise in the design of the survey, alac could
still reach within alac / icann / ISOC and the broader IG community to
identify one or two individuals who have a background in poll design, but
not necessarily follow a model of icann-scale spending by engaging
unaffordable expertise, which sometimes may not work at all.
