[At-Large] Invite: IGF 2020 WKP on Data Protection for End Users under different jurisdictions

At the time Siva wrote this email I experienced an Internet cut for a
longer period than the one I’m used from my Internet provider.
Seems that there was certain segment of the Internet routing having an
issue.
