[At-Large] IANA Function Review Team (IFRT) #17 meeting

The IFRT had its 17th meeting via teleconference on 2 September 2020, 18:00
UTC.  This meeting discussed the following:

-- Continued to review the draft initial report, including: respond to CCOP
questions; reviewed recommendations; determined priority and re-ordering of
the recommendations
-- Meeting during ICANN6
