[At-Large] Invitation to High Level Track for WSIS 2020

Greetings,
Please, I would like to specially invite you to participate in the *High-Level
Track* on *Building Confidence and Security in the use of ICTs* of the
2020 World
Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) Forum  WSIS Forum represents the
world's largest annual gathering of the ‘ICT for development’ community.
The Forum is co-organized by ITU, UNESCO, UNDP and UNCTAD, in close
collaboration with all WSIS Action Line Facilitators/Co-Facilitators, It
has proven to be an efficient mechanism for coordination of
multi-stakeholder implementation activities, information exchange, creation
of knowledge, sharing of best practices and continues to provide assistance
in developing multi-stakeholder and public/private partnerships to advance
development goals.

 I would be moderating this interesting session and the panellist are :
