[At-Large] ICANN68 to be a virtual meeting

Dear Roberto,

People will tend to take leave from work, when they have to attend F2C
meetings.

For virtual meetings we have to pay for the internet charges from our
own pocket and no contribution from ICANN. It is obvious that day job
will be given priority and then the virtual meeting. COVID-19 has
worsened the situation as many of us will lose their jobs.

Yes we are engaged with ICANN but earning our living is our priority

Kind regards

Dave
