[At-Large] v5 of the ICANN Stakeholder Analysis Tool - country analysis as well as regional analysis

Hi
When we created the database we collected the information in one spot, Dev
did fantastic work in creating a tool that discloses who gets the
fellowship, how many times and from what communities.  We haven't put any
comments or observations.
Upon my return we would like to arrange a call to discuss how to expand the
tool.
For the record we have brought up numerous times that staff not us
volunteers should be doing this tool
