[At-Large] I: [ALAC-Announce] CALL FOR NOMINATIONS: ALAC Liaisons

At a recent meeting of the ALAC, the concept of 
recording "support" for a nominee was discussed 
and the decision taken that we could not stop 
such statements of support but we would not log 
them as they could discourage others from putting their name in.
