[At-Large] [lac-discuss-en] Issues regarding the Lack of Accountability and Transparency in LACRALO

Dear all,

We hope we can answer this "statement" soon. I believe everybody needs to know "all" the problematic.
However, I will focus my energy on trying to solve the division between Caribbean and Latin American ALSs. This is my main concern as elected LACRALO Chair.
