Hello Pierre,

yes, I received your test email.
I have noticed that there appears to have been a issue with the ICANN
mailing list email system with bounces from all Yahoo, MSN and Hotmail.
(including any Email address that uses similar anti-spam systems (known
as DMARK) such as isoc.bg, isoc.nl.

This is an issue that is serious enough to require immediate attention
by ICANN IT Staff.
