Many of us have been anything but aloof. Befuddled, frustrated, exhausted...

We've been pushing for real changes and disclosures without much support.

Icann is adept at denial and self-preservation. This has little to do with accountability and transparency but it works well for what has become an inside circle pushing money around the table. We're dealing with a new monolithic sovereign entity, a virtual royal nation.
