Dear All,

The IGF Secretariat is issuing a call for Workshop proposals for the IGF
2015 to be held in João Pessoa, Brazil, from 10 to 13 November.

Both people and organizations interested should submit their proposals
through the online form which will be available on the IGF website (
www.intgovforum.org) from March 9.

The deadline for workshop proposals submissions is March 30. As every year,
there will be no extension of this time, so please save the date.

To be informed of the fields that should be completed in the online form
and until the form is open to submit your proposal, you can review the data
that must be collected and completing here.
<http://www.intgovforum.org/cms/workshop-proposals/igf-2015-workshop-proposal-submission-form-template>

It is also suggested that you can review the Guidelines for Workshop
Proposals
<http://www.intgovforum.org/cms/workshop-proposals/igf-guidelines-for-workshop-proposals-2015>
and MAG workshop review and evaluation process for IGF 2015
<http://www.intgovforum.org/cms/workshop-proposals/mag-workshop-review-and-evaluation-process-for-igf-2015>.

Remember that the IGF Secretariat does not fund the organizers or the
Workshop panelists that could be approved, so each of the respective
Workshop organizers should manage their own financing as well as the
panelists (or make sure your panelists have already funds to participate in
the IGF).

Please take into account when submitting your proposals that they are
appropriate or relating to the IFG theme and subthemes
<http://www.intgovforum.org/cms/> of this year (Theme: "Evolution of
Internet Governance: Empowering Sustainable Development" ; Sub-themes:
Cybersecurity and Trust; Internet Economy; Inclusiveness and Diversity;
Openness; Enhancing Multistakeholder Cooperation; Internet and Human
Rights; Critical Internet Resources; Emerging Issues), and they satisfy the
different diversities required in your panelists (gender, regional,
stakeholder represented, etc.).

If you have any questions or comments, I am available to collaborate with
you.

Best regards,

Fatima Cambronero
