[At-Large] [ALAC] Fwd: A million domains taken down by email checks

Thanks Michele. I thought as Christopher said domains had been deleted but
is not. If the domains were not deleted then I agree with Carlton and Alan.
The penalty was provided. At the time that the data was provided to the
domain has been finally registered.
