[At-Large] ICANN News Alert -- Report: Supporting the Domain Name Industry in Underserved Regions

Well, ICANN should be well placed, by now, to promote, at least , the development of autonomous Registrars, world-wide.
However, there is a problem inso far as, in future, autonomous Registries and Registrars will be at a competitive disadvantage following the regrettable decisions regarding vertical (reverse) integration.
