[At-Large] LACNIC Webex Session on IPv4 Exhaustion

Dear Colleagues,

The purpose of this communication is to invite you to a a virtual
session (via WebEx) during which we will provide an update on the latest
developments related to the impending exhaustion of LACNIC's IPv4
address pool. These session will also provide an opportunity to openly
discuss recommendations for a stable, safe and final transition to IPv6
and the current status of this technology.

The event will be held on April 4th at 7pm UTC Time, 4pm in Montevideo
