Thanks Joly for performing miracles again.

I am really sorry about the bad video quality -- I had zero time to
set-up & test, so it was a case of plugging things in & going live. The
webcam's contrast setting was not set correctly but no way way to find
out since the broadcast window was as small as a postage stamp.
