[At-Large] R: [EURO-Discuss] At-Large at the IGF in Baku Worspace - and identification of At-Large community members participating

Hello,

Good idea. Why not organize a sort of a road-show or a meeting in a hotel
with help from the Azeri Chamber of Commerce who could help us to invite
local civil society groups as well ?

The suggestion is not for a very elaborate, professional, ICANN-style
meeting, but a simple meeting that can fall into place if we could reach
out to one or two local organizations / participants to either organize a
meeting or invite us to one of their meetings if happening.

If this does not work out,  we can have coffee at the Venue with all the
Azeri participants.
