Hello Jacqueline,

a second draft of the proposed ALAC Statement, based on feedback and
input, some of which was received late (I have to remind everyone that
the deadline for commenting was Saturday 17 December 2011, 23:59 UTC, as
per
http://atlarge-lists.icann.org/pipermail/alac-announce/2011q4/000984.html )
has now been written.

Please find the latest draft, marked "2nd Draft" on the relevant Wiki
page of the At-Large Geographic Regions Review Workspace:

Tijani has advised me that minor modifications will be made on Monday
before the document is submitted.
We hope that it captures a consensus of the views expressed by the
