[At-Large] Election Call for ALAC Officers to serve from 31 October 2011 to ICANN AGM 2012

Dear Colleagues:
I discussed with Evan and had every intention to nominate Olivier
Crepin-Leblond to his second term as ALAC Chair.  However, travel and
inhospitable internet connections interceded.

Now that the deed is done, I second the nomination of Olivier Crepin-Leblond
as ALAC Chair 2011-2012.  I'm no back online, thankfully so.

I second the nomination of Evan Leibovitch to his second term as ALAC Vice
Chair, 2011-2012.

And I thank all of you for my nomination to the ALAC Vice Chair position for
2011-2012.
