[At-Large] Election Call for ALAC Officers to serve from 31 October 2011 to ICANN AGM 2012

It should be noted that in the rules at the page that Olivier pointed 
to, the term "delegate" is used. In the obscure language of the ALAC 
Rules of Procedure, a "delegate" is an ALAC member. So only ALAC 
members can nominate, and only ALAC members who will be serving 
during the next term can be nominated.
