[At-Large] MIND: Internet Policy Making publication - your electronic copy and event invitation

Dear all,

please find enclosed, a copy of the publication called MIND #2 Internet
Policy Making, to which several ICANN participants have contributed and
which focuses on the Multi-Stakeholder model. Professor Kleinwächter is
the Editor and runs an ALS in Europe. Attached is an electronic PDF
version for your personal use (feel free to forward). The main
discussion paper was drafted by the ICANN Board's Bertrand de la
Chapelle. All comments and input are reflected as personal comments and
do not advocate official statements. My piece reflects some of the
challenges I have noticed in Chairing At-Large. Other articles are very
interesting, and from such a distinguished set of contributors!

A special issue of the publication is being distributed at IGF Nairobi
to all participants. As some of you will attend the conference, please
be aware of a *luncheon* on day one (Sept 27) during lunch break (12.45
to 13.15 o'clock), organized by Prof. Kleinwächter, to announce the
publication. It would be great if you could attend this meet-and-greet.
The room has yet to be announced, it is tentatively scheduled for *Room 10*.
