[At-Large] At-Large Adobe Connect room created for Board-GAC meeting

At the request of the ALAC, an At-Large Adobe Connect room has been created
for use during the Board-GAC meeting taking place 28 February and 1 March
2011. The link to the Adobe connect room is available at:

Please note, remote parties will need to join the existing ICANN public room
in order to hear the discussions and see the presentations. The audio/ and
presentations will not be relayed into the "alacgacboard" room. The details
on the remote participation for the Board-GAC meeting are available at:
