The US State Dept’s Co.Nx network will present Hillary Clinton addressing
'Internet Rights and Wrongs: Choices and Challenges In A Networked World' at
George Washington University at 12.30pm EST (17.30 UTC) on Feb 15 2011. This
is a follow up to her 'Internet Freedom' speech of January 2010.
