[At-Large] Live feed of transcripts of MAG meeting is now online

Hi, I am writing this from Geneva.
The originally "closed meeting" of MAG of IGF is now open to
observers, and also they agreed to provide the LIVE feed of
transcripts online.

It's there.

And I was told that the UN General Assembly may vote the resolution
of IGF extension as early as tomorrow, Wednesday. Unconfirmed,
but the negotiation is almost done.
