[At-Large] On the Nom Com selections

Indeed -- thanks to our NomCom delegates for their hard work, 
congratulations to all those selected, particularly our colleagues 
Sebastien and Carlos, and of course Bertrand.

And very sincere thanks to the departing board members who have been 
so supportive of the At Large, our reviews and the new voting At 
Large Director (BTW, we still need the liaison :-))
