I wish to congratulate the 2010 Nomination committee headed by Wolfgang
Kleinwaechter on the choice of worthy candidates for the Board, Alac, gnso
and ccNSO positions.

Congratulations to the Board Members Cherine Chalaby, Bertrand de La
Chapelle, Erika Mann, to ALAC appointees Sebastian Bachollet, Marc
Rotenberg,
to GNSO appointee Carlos Aguirre and to ccNSO's Sokol Haxhiu.
