Generic Observation:<br>

Tacit knowledge is vital in the progress of the community. I have lot of <br>
respect for<br>
the local language and the associated scripts. It is not simply encoding <br>
and decoding of a<br>
finite set of symbols. We need engineer a degree of Universality in <br>
these matters and task<br>
ourselves to engineer further.<br>
