It is a good idea and is already part of general practice. Candidates should include their achievements in their statement of interest to identify the wide level of commitment that is expected at leadership level - at RALO and ALAC levels. I think that you
 will be very impressed by all the activities in which our leaders actively engage in on behalf of APRALO and At-Large.<br class="">
<div class="">I think that you must agree, that for our RALO leader to be given a community award by the CEO truly reflects ICANN's acknowledgement of someone who goes beyond the call of duty to do her job.. and I think you will find that each of the APRALO
 leaders maintains a high level of involvement across a wide range of At-Large activities regardless of their backgrounds.&nbsp;</div>
