Dear All,,

"Statesmanship" is what we are looking for in all contexts where "going
public" happens.

ICANN is a good avenue for limited scope honing of this skill.

In India, there is a distinctive domain called "Public Administration".
This is
not the same as Administering well regulated and strictly law abiding
organizations.

ICANN operates over large geographical regions and rightly addresses
the "Geopolitics".

If "Statesmanship" is sought, we need to think of candidates from the
disciplines of "Public and / or Political" administration.

Sincerely,

Gopal T V
