[APAC-Discuss] [At-Large] ICANN68 to be a virtual meeting

In consideration to the present situation It's a good decision indeed but
parallaly it is disappointing to Suhaidi and their team as organizing
committee.Expecting ICANN would consider one of the future ICANN meeting at
KL.

Stay indoors and be safe.
