[APAC-Discuss] [At-Large] ICANN68 to be a virtual meeting

Dear Suhaidi and the ICANN68 host committee,

It is very disappointing for you after immense work to not be able to 
host ICANN68 in Kuala Lumpur. Now that all the preliminary work has been 
done, let's hope that KL will have an opportunity to host in future.

To respect our region, I am keen for the virtual meeting to be in the 
local timezone just as ICANN67 was in Cancun time.
