[APAC-Discuss] Proposal for APRALO Extraterritorial Legislation WG

I think this is an interesting paper to draw attention to the impacts of
international legislation related to internet use on APRALO end-users in
the Asia Pacific region. However, while not directly related to ICANN"s
mission, it is still a good paper to draw member attention to issues that
ICANN is currently addressing eg data protection and how it impacts on
domain name use and registrants as a specific group of end-users.
